We start our audits by jumping on a quick call with you. This is to talk about your needs to make sure we’re on the same page so we can make you successful.

This is the core of the audit. We will review your Google Analytics configuration, code, views, filter and data and determiner what’s required to do to make sure it’s fully cleaned out and that you can trust the data.

Recommendations & implementation

Once we reviewed your account and configuration, we will send you our recommendations in the form of a comprehensive report. We will implement all the recommendations that we can do directly in Google Analytics and will send you the exact lines of code to add, remove or change if required. Your developer(s) can do the changes easily. If not, we can take care of it.

Debriefing call

After the implementation, we will get on a second call with you to go over the recommendations, implementation and any questions related to the audit that you might have. After that call, you will be able to use and trust your data reliably.


In addition to our standard process, there are a few extra options that you can add:

  • A strategy call about a month after the audit to determine what next steps you should focus on. What are the key areas that would require improvement so that you can get more conversions.
  • Email support for Google Analytics. You can send us questions anytime, and we will reply within 24-48 hours during the week.
  • All our packages come with free email report that we will send you, but you can also get our help to analyze them, weekly or monthly and make our recommendation to improve your online presence and business.
